Service cancellation

If you need to cancel a dispatch, please call us as soon as possible. If a technician is already en route or on-site, a visit charge may apply.

Returns are subject to product condition and manufacturer policy. Installation charges and service fees are non-refundable once service is completed.

Warranty claims are processed per manufacturer guidelines. We will assist with required documentation and coordination.
